Making AI clearer, more practical and less intimidating.
Three threads run through everything I do, whether that's a keynote, a workshop or a one-page guide.
Microsoft Copilot & 365 adoption
Where Copilot genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and how to build habits that stick inside the tools people already use every day.
Practical AI literacy
Plain-English foundations for people at every level: what AI can do, how to use it responsibly, and how to judge its output with confidence.
Workshops & facilitation
Sessions designed for the people in the room, not the slide deck. Concept first, then hands-on application, so learning turns into capability.
Talks, workshops and appearances.
A selection of recent talks, workshops and programs, from small hands-on groups to large webinar audiences.

Copilot for learning and development
A hands-on session for trainers at a government Registered Training Organisation (RTO), showing where Microsoft Copilot fits into everyday learning and development work. We looked at where it earns its place in a trainer's workflow, where it doesn't, and how to use it without losing the quality and accuracy that good training depends on.

Public and private webinars
Live and recorded webinars reaching more than 8,000 people, delivered both for open public audiences and for individual organisations. Sessions covered the practical, everyday use of AI, prompting techniques that produce better and more reliable results, and the leadership and governance questions that come with rolling AI out across a team.

Hands-on Copilot for professionals
More than 600 professionals trained in small-group workshops on getting real value from Microsoft Copilot. The sessions stay close to people's actual day-to-day work, and keep pace with Copilot's steady stream of new and changing features, so what people learn reflects the tool as it is now, not as it was six months ago.

A practical AI trainer with a digital adoption background.
I'm an AI Training Facilitator at Pathfindr, an AI accelerator that helps organisations become AI-ready. I design and deliver training, curriculum and workshop content for audiences ranging from everyday users to corporate executives.
Before Pathfindr, my background was in AI and Microsoft 365 training, with a specialism in Microsoft Copilot, and in digital adoption for small-to-medium businesses and government teams. That experience still shapes how I teach: technology only sticks when people feel confident, supported and included.
My work has always centred on helping people build confidence with new tools. Not just knowing what a tool can do, but understanding where it fits, when to use it, and how to make it useful in everyday work.
The right place depends on what you need.
